On Thursday March 14, 2013 shortly after 12:30 a.m., an on duty Guelph Police Service Constable was enroute to assist at a call for service in a marked police cruiser travelling north on Imperial Road South. At that time the police cruiser crossed the center line of the roadway and struck a Guelph Transit bus near the entrance to the West End Recreational Center.

On Monday March 11, 2013, at approximately 4:13pm, Guelph Police responded to a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle at Gordon St and South Ring Road.
The pedestrian was treated at the scene by GWEMS and suffered minor injuries.
The driver of the vehicle was charged for failing to yield to a pedestrian, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.

The Guelph Police with the University of Guelph Campus Police are looking for information in an on going Voyeurism investigation involving photos of women taken at the University of Guelph between summer 2011 and September 2012. The following pictures are captures of individual female clothing and backpacks/handbags. We believe that these individuals may have information that would help with the investigation.
On March 4, 2013 at 3:50 p.m., Guelph police attended to an accident on Gordon Street near College Avenue. A 22 year old male pedestrian was reportedly walking in the bicycle lane of Gordon Street. The pedestrian began to cross Gordon Street in front of an oncoming southbound car. The driver tried unsuccessfully to avoid the pedestrian. The pedestrian was taken to Guelph General Hospital before being sent to a Hamilton Hospital for medical treatment. The driver was not injured.

Between Sunday February 10 and Monday February 11, 2013, unknown person(s) committed a Break, Enter and Theft to an office on the 2nd floor of the University Centre.
