Sexual Assault Response and Care
Statement from President & Vice Chancellor
The University of Guelph is committed to maintaining a campus free of discrimination and harassment, and is dedicated to the highest standards of human equality and academic freedom. The University will not tolerate behaviour that contributes to a hostile and inequitable learning, living and working environment. We take seriously our commitment to supporting those who experience sexual assault, and we work diligently on campus and with community partners on programs, policies and resources to ensure that our campus remains free from sexual assault.
This website attempts to provide quick access to the complete information contained in the University of Guelph's Sexual Support Guide . This guide provides procedures and resources to support individuals and groups who may be directly, or indirectly involved in working with persons who have experienced sexual assault.
I urge all members of our community to learn about options and resources available to those who require support or who wish to support others. Please help to ensure that our campus remains free from sexual assault and that we continue to foster an environment that upholds human equality and academic freedom.
